Q: Can I modify my order?
A: Due to the high order volume during the month of May we are unable to modify or cancel orders. Please verify that all of the information for your order is correct before placing it.
Q: How do I know which size to choose?
A: For optimal sizing please refer to our size chart or ask us for help. Remember different suits are made for different body types, so the fit will vary by suit. As a general rule a majority of our suits run small. If you are unsure about your size, please ask. We want to make sure you get the right size.
Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards Visa, American Express, DISCOVER, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal.

ORDER STATUS
Q: How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
A: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification to the email provided to us confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
Q: I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
A: Sunny Co Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
RETURNS
Q: How can I return or exchange my product?
A: Unfortunately, Sunny Co Clothing does not offer returns due to sanitary dangers. Please remember all promo orders are Final Sale.
Q: How long will shipping take?
A: Due to the high order volume, during the viral campaign we estimate that shipping will take from 3-6 weeks. We promise it'll be worth the wait :)
