ORDERING
 
Q: Can I modify my order?
A: If your order has already shipped we are unable to modify your order. If your order hasn’t shipped please email help@sunnycoclothing.com ASAP.  If we are able to get it on time we would be happy to help. Please include your order number and the modification you would like to make. 
Q: How do I know which size to choose?
A: For optimal sizing please refer to our product pictures. We include pictures of each Suit in every size. Remember different suits are made for different body types, so the fit will vary by suit. As a general rule a majority of our suits run small. If you are unsure about your size, please ask. We want to make sure you get the right size.
Q: What kind of payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards Visa, American Express, DISCOVER, Diners Club, JCB, MasterCard. We also accept PayPal.
Q: Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?

ORDER STATUS
Q: How do I check on the status of my order?
A: You will receive an email confirmation to the email you have provided us at checkout, within 30 minutes of placing your order. When your order ships out for final delivery you will additionally receive a shipment confirmation email.
 
SHIPPING
Q: How do I track my package after it has been shipped?
A: As soon as your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification to the email provided to us confirming the shipment. The email will provide you with the tracking number for your package and a link to the shipping carrier's website.
Q: I think my package was lost or stolen, what do I do now?
A: Sunny Co Clothing is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.
RETURNS
Q: How can I return or exchange my product?

A: Unfortunately, Sunny Co Clothing does not offer returns due to sanitary dangers. Although we do not offer returns, we do offer a special exchange program. If you would like to exchange a product please email help@sunnycoclothing.com
