Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges! We want your experience to be the best it can be. Please contact us immediately if you need a product exchanged.

DM us on Instagram @sunnycoclothing about any issues within the first 7 DAYS of receiving you order. Please provide us with pictures if there is any quality issue with the product/s you received.

Customers are responsible for all costs associated with exchanging a product. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
* If the customer has received an incorrect order or faulty garment shipping charges will be refunded (standard shipping only).

Please note: All Promo orders are Final Sale, Including but not limited to (sale items, giveaways, and promo items)

Shipping Address Problems

We follow the shipping information based on what you provide at checkout. We are not liable for lost or held packages, damaged packages, and nondelivery errors due to incorrectly input shipping information.

Order confirmations are immediately sent to our customer's email addresses to confirm your order. Please review your order confirmation in full detail to ensure proper delivery.

Currency exchange (outside of US)

All prices are reflected in USD. For other currencies, the amount charged on your card will automatically be converted based on the conversion rate from the day you placed your order.
