PROMOTION ORDER UPDATE

 

  • Q: When will I receive my order?
  • A: You will receive an email once your order is out for delivery. Orders will be shipped in the order they were received. Please estimate 3-6 weeks. When your order is shipped out, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number to the email you provided us.

  • Order scenarios/ who will be getting a refund for their order? 
    1. If you ordered a Pamela suit and were charged full price- You will be getting a full refund.
    2. If you ordered a Pamela suit and were only charged for the shipping and handling- As previously stated in our Terms of Service, and in the rules of the promotion, we will not accept any refunds for these specific cases.
    3. If you ordered a Pamela suit for full price along with another product - You will only be refunded for the Pamela suit.   
    4. If you ordered anything besides a Pamela suit- As previously stated in our Terms of Service, we will not accept any refunds.
  • Q: When will you have more inventory?
  • A: We will be restocking our inventory shortly, but our first priority is to fulfill all the current orders.

  • Q: Why haven't you answered any of my emails or messages?
  • A:  We are not ignoring you, we are doing our best to answer all of your questions. Please understand that we have received over 100,000 inquiries in the past 2 weeks.

  • Q: Am I one of the 50,000 orders?
  • A: If your payment went through, then you are apart of the 50,000 orders.

    1. What happens if I made an error when placing my order
      1. Wrong Size-  Even if you have already reached out to us, please send us an email with your confirmation number and new size  in the subject line to sunnysizechange@gmail.com   EX. #32345 Small 
      2. Wrong Address- Even if you have already reached out to us, please send us an email with your confirmation number and new address in subject line to sunnyaddresschange@gmail.com EX. #32345 East 22nd Sunnyville
      3. *The last day to request changes for address/size/color  is May 24, 2017.

     

    Please note we are going through orders one by one in the order they were received in order to ensure that all customers are 100% satisfied, so please bear with us.
